Too often, RFPs are dismissed as just another box to check. They’re actually a blueprint for how an organization sees its partnerships. For MSPs, each section reveals priorities and challenges. By mastering the structure, you not only increase your odds of winning projects, but also build long-term predictable growth. Timelines especially matter — usually broken into discovery, design, implementation, testing, and handoff.
